# How to Register to the Videray Knowledge Base?

## This article will explain step-by-step the process to register and gain access to our Knowledge Base

**Why register?**

Most Videray Knowledge Base content is available only to registered users. One registration gives you access to two things:

- **The Videray Knowledge Base**, with how-to articles, user guides, safety and compliance information, and troubleshooting help for Videray handheld X-ray imagers and accessories.
- **The Videray Ticket Portal**, where you can submit support requests and track their status.

**Step 1: Open the registration form**

Go to **[Videray Knowledge Base Registration](https://support.videray.com/kb-registration?hsLang=en) (link)**.

**Step 2: Fill out the form**

Enter your contact and organization details. Use your work email address, since this is where we will send your account activation link. If you are a Videray partner or distributor, include your company name so we can match you to your account.

**Step 3: Submit and wait for approval**

After you submit the form, our team will review your request. You do not need to do anything while we review it.

**Step 4: Complete your registration from the email**

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email from Videray with a link to finish setting up your account. Open the link and follow the prompts, including creating your password.

If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam or junk folder. Your IT department may also need to allow emails from videray.com.

**Step 5: Sign in**

When your account is set up, you can sign in at:

    - **Ticket Portal**: [support.videray.com/ticketportal](https://support.videray.com/ticketportal?hsLang=en)
